- No returns for made to order products.
- No refund for change of mind.
- Not liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.
- Returns and exchanges only for valid reasons, has to notify within 24 hours upon receiving a delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by the customer and returns only be accepted if the product is in their original packaging including tags.
- Only store credit will be issued for returns.
- An email has to be sent to info@nishasidhu.com for any return and we will provide you the further information.
- Only faulty product will be accepted as return but normal wear and tear is not included in it.
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the refundable store credit.
- Nisha Sidhu reserves the right to disapprove any return claim on in-genuine grounds.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
- Accessories: Jewellery, Clutches, masks, Jutties are completely non-refundable.
